World Sanitation & Environment is an N.G.O registered under Society Registration Act of 1860 by Govt. of N.C.T Delhi. The Organization is founded by Dr. PRABHASKAR JHA (Dr. P. Jha) on 31st October 2012. This N.G.O works in the field of Sanitation & Environment. The organization constructs the Public Toilets/ Community toilets (CT/PT) and operates and maintains it for 10 to 30 years at its own cost (on pay and use basis) without taking a single penny from Govt. or local bodies. The organization also converts the ‘dry latrines’ in to ‘pour-flush’ system and constructs individual toilets on low cost basis. Besides construction/ maintenance of toilets the organization is engaged in many social activities like installation of bio-gas plants based on human excreta, housekeeping and maintaining Hospital, schools etc. which can be seen in ‘MEMORANDUM of the society.
